Fraser Island is accessible by ferry or by chartered flights. Travelling through the island is only possible with 4x4 cars or specially tailored buses. All roads are sandy, which makes using a buggy difficult, so be sure to take a baby carrier with you. The island offers many camping sites and hiking routes, but changing tables can’t be found.
