Baby City Guide is a responsive web tool that is accessible through your device internet or wi-fi connection.
To create an Baby City Guide account from a computer:
Go to http://www.babycityguide.com.
Enter your email address, create a username and password or click Log in with Facebook or Google to sign up with your Facebook or Google accounts.
If you register with an email, click Sign up. If you register with Facebook or Google accounts, you'll be prompted to log into your Facebook or Google account if you're currently logged out.
If you sign up with email, make sure you enter your email address correctly and choose an email address that only you can access. If you log out and forget your password, you'll need to be able to access your email to get back into your Baby City Guide account.

If a username you want is being used by an account that seems inactive, you can choose an available version of the username to use on Baby City Guide. You can add periods, numbers, underscores or abbreviations to help you come up with a username that's not already in use.

We encourage people to log in and use Baby City Guide once they create a Member’s account. To keep your account active, be sure to log in and share reviews on the cities and places visited, as well as comment on photos. Member’s accounts may be permanently removed due to prolonged inactivity.
Trademark violations may involve using a company or business name, logo or other trademark-protected materials in a manner that may mislead or confuse others with regard to its brand or business affiliation.
What is not a violation?Using another's trademark in a way that has nothing to do with the product or service for which the trademark was granted is not a violation of Baby City Guide's trademark policy. Note that Baby City Guide usernames are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be reserved.

Once you submit your review or comment, and after a review process by the Baby City Guide team, any user can view your contribution although only registered members can like or comment on it.
If a Member, with registered Baby City Guide account, shares a photo or video to a social network (like Twitter, Facebook and so on) using Baby City Guide, the image will be visible on that network and the permalink will be active. In other words, the photo will be publicly accessible by anyone who has access to its direct link/URL.
Keep in mind that sharing a photo or video to a social network doesn't mean that the image will be visible in Baby City Guide. Your account will still appear private to those who aren't approved followers.
Once you publish a review, anyone from the visiting users will be able to see your posts. Your profile is automatically set semi-private, meaning only registered Members can view your profile.
Your images may appear in Google search results if you've logged into your account using a web viewer, which authorizes them to access your profile and images. These third-party sites have been created with our API and aren't affiliated with Baby City Guide directly.
If you don't want your photos or videos to appear on Google, we suggest revoking access to the third-party website or setting your account to private. It may take some time for these sites and Google to re-index and remove the images, even if you delete your account.

Baby City Guide isn't directly associated with third-party apps that utilize our API such as web viewers, desktop apps or image printing services, and we can't assist you in speeding up the process to remove any Baby City Guide images that may appear on Google.
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it using your email address, Facebook or Google account.
To reset your password, first open the Baby City Guide website. On the login screen, tap Get help signing in below Log In. Enter your email address, Facebook or Google account and click on the Send a password button below.
If you're not receiving the password reset email, it's possible that the email is going in your email's spam filter or that you mistyped your email when you first signed up for Baby City Guide.

If you don’t see a disabled message, you may be experiencing a login issue. If your account was deleted by you or someone with your password, there's no way to restore it. You can create a new account with the same email address you used before, but you may not be able to get the same username.
Baby City Guide is an online platform for a community of travelling parents, who are seeking and willing to share relevant information and personal experiences while visiting cities and places all around the world. While sharing a review, Members create a content, which consists of text and uploaded photos or videos to our service. This content will be then displayed under particular City or Place and therefore visible to all users. Only registered Members can comment and like the reviews. Anyone 15 and older can create an account by registering an email address and selecting a username.
Any visitor of the Baby City Guide platform can view photos or videos that you have uploaded together with your review or comment. We fully encourage you to use a common sense and caution when uploading photos including your family. Your profile is automatically set semi-private, meaning only registered Members can view your profile.
Baby City Guide removes posts that aren't following our Terms and Conditions, based on laws in specific jurisdictions.

Keep in mind that people own the rights to all images they've taken and shared with Baby City Guide. If there's no violation of our Guidelines or Terms taking place, we can’t help you directly unless required to do so by law.
Baby City Guide requires everyone to be at least 15 years old before they can create an account (in some jurisdictions, this age limit may be higher). If your child is younger than 15 and created an account on Baby City Guide, you can show them how to delete their account.
If you'd like to report an account belonging to someone under 15 or if you believe someone is impersonating your child who's under 15, please contact us. In order to delete a child's account, we'll need to verify that the child is under 15.

Baby City Guide’s purpose is to share your experiences during travels with your family. It is natural then to capture and share photos of your children. However, images that show nudity may be removed because they don't follow our Terms and Conditions.
We understand that people have different ideas about what’s okay to share on Baby City Guide and that many people share things with good intentions. To help keep Baby City Guide a fun and safe place, we require everyone to follow our Terms and Conditions and we may remove content to help keep others from possibly reusing these types of images in inappropriate ways.
We ask that all people follow our Terms and Conditions. If your child encounters someone on Baby City Guide who's not following these Terms, they can report that person's posts directly from Baby City Guide.
People can report abusive behavior or posts with contacting us. This includes nude photos, abuse and excessive spam. Reporting is totally anonymous. No information about the reporter is sent to the person whose account or photo has been reported.

As a natural purpose of Baby City Guide, we encourage all visitors and users to share their experiences and knowledge about the cities and places they have visited, to help potential travelers to leverage that knowledge and foremost have fun during their journey.
To share particular city or place review, you have to create a Member account first. Once your account is created, login and then select from the City or Place review on the top menu bar. Only the City and Place names are mandatory fields.
To create a CITY reviewAll reviews will be automatically checked by the Baby City Guide team and therefore not published immediately. If you want to edit your review after submitting, please contact us.
Only as a registered Member, you will be able to like or comment on other Member’s reviews, but not edit them. You can still report a misleading information by contacting us.
