Protaras offers anything you look for in the Mediterranean, from sandy beaches (most famous is Fig Tree Bay), to diving, nearby aqua park, shopping and restaurants, that are mostly baby friendly (with children's playgrounds). Rent a car and drive to Cape Greco to see the Blue Lagoon, the Love bridge (closer to Aya Napa) or to the Sea Caves, where divers jump into the clear water. Visiting those three places will take you approximately 2-3 hours, they are not that baby friendly (no restrooms - it's all in nature) but it's all worth as this is one of the most magnificent parts of Cyprus' coast.
