You can walk through the castle with your buggy very easily and there is even baby changing room available next to the restrooms. However, if you plan to visit one of the many museums, you may run into difficulties. We were told in the information center that it is fine to take our stroller in and visit the museum, but when we were buying tickets to Museo Egizio, they told us, that there is no lift and we will have to carry the stroller on quite narrow stairs.
