The Frogner Park, the largest park in Oslo, is a popular recreational area. Within the park you can find the Vigeland Sculpture Park, one of Oslo's most popular attractions. The Frogner Park has Norway's biggest collection of roses; it has a total of 14.000 plants made up from 150 different species. The Frogner Stadium and the Frognerbadet open-air pool are located in the corner of the park facing the Majorstua. In the corner near the Frogner Plass you will find the Frogner Manor House and the Oslo City Museum.
The park has a café and a restaurant which are open in summer. For children there is a big playground, located near the main entrance. It will also pay off to visit the Sculpture Park with more than 200 sculptures made by Vigeland with your little ones. You can find baby changing rooms at the café and a kiosk.
The entrance is free of charge. The park can be reach by the tram line number 12.
