Without a doubt the Leaning Tower is the main attraction in Pisa. Unfortunately, it is not allowed to be visited with children under 8 years http://www.towerofpisa.org/visit-tower-of-pisa/.
If you want to climb to the top of the tower anyway, you may leave your stroller in the near tourist information on the Square of Miracles and leave your children in an educational workshop. The child care must be pre-booked.
